FAQs
I’m a non-profit, mutual aid group or community organization and would like to participate. Can I get a table?
We’d love to chat. Fill out our non-profit contact form here to receive information about tabling. A member of our team will be in touch.
I love what you’re doing and want to sponsor this event.
This sounds pretty neat. Fill out our sponsor contact form here, and we’ll be in touch.
I can’t make the event, can you connect me with these organizations some other way?
At this time, The Volunteer Fair is an in-person event only and we don’t have the ability to connect you directly with these organizations. All the organizations attending The Volunteer Fair are actively seeking your involvement, so we recommend checking out their websites and reaching out. You won’t regret it.
Is this event free to attend?
Sure is. But if you like what we’re doing and want to help us cover costs and make the next ones even better, you can make a donation here.
I want to attend but have accessibility questions
The first 30 minutes of each event will be masks required for indoor locations, and masks will be available on the door. In the case of good weather, some of the event may be held outside, in which case masks will be optional. We appreciate all attendees cooperation during this time.
Midwest Coast Brewing is a fully accessible location, with elevator access to the second floor.
The Ramova Theatre is an accessible location, with one or two steps inside the theatre where organizations may be tabling. Please speak to a volunteer at the door, or email us in advance at thevolunteerfair@trashpeople.org if you have any specific questions or needs, and we’ll be happy to help.
